The purpose of this letter is to book your reservation primarily until you make the final booking. From the day we provide this letter, you’ll have 60 days to make a full reservation by completing your payment. Then, you’ll get your accommodation details, such as the hotel name, address, booking reference number, etc, for your convenience.

We provide accommodation booking letter service upon the request of our participant. To make our services clear and transparent for everyone, we’ve come up with some terms and conditions. Here are the terms and conditions you need to follow before getting this service:

Payment Terms: Since the accommodation booking letter is for the primary reservation, you need to complete the full payment to get full reservation access. From the date of this letter, you’ll have 60 days to complete your payment. Otherwise, we’ll cancel the reservation.
Non-refundable Service: We’ve made our accommodation booking letter service non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you pay for the service, you’ll not have any return or cannot transfer it to a third party, regardless of circumstances.
Additional Fee: The service fee (CAD 150) we take for the letter doesn’t contribute to the final booking cost. Without paying for the full reservation, your accommodation will not be guaranteed. Additional fees can be included based on the room and other services.
Hotel Location: We provide this service for the hotel near downtown of the expo city. After making the full payment, we’ll provide the full details such as hotel name, address, check-in and check-out time, hotel booking reference number, etc.
Acceptance of Terms: By outlining the terms and conditions on this page, we’ve made our accommodation booking letter service clear and transparent. When you request the service, we assume you read and consent to these terms and conditions.
Amendments to Terms: Global Expo reserves the full rights to change, modify, rectify, and make necessary corrections to the accommodation booking letter terms and services. To keep yourself updated on our revised terms and conditions, you are requested to review them from time to time.

If you want to request reservation confirmation, email your reservation booking number to contact@globalexpo.ca. You’ll get the hotel details, payment instructions, and other relevant information through our email. Failure to do so will cancel your reservation and release it to the other delegates.
