This prestigious award aims to celebrate diversity, promote comprehensiveness, and inspire individuals to achieve their full potential while fostering social cohesion and cultural integration and reward successful Canadian immigrants within our vibrant community.

Our Objectives:

Recognize and Honor Outstanding Achievements: Lifestyle Expo 2024 aims to highlight the exceptional achievements of immigrants who have made significant strides in their respective fields, be it in Education, Business, Healthcare, Social Activity, and any others in British Columbia.

Showcase Immigrant Contributions: We believe in celebrating the valuable contributions, immigrants make to the economic, social, and cultural fabric of British Columbia. By showcasing their achievements, and the Canadian immigrate award, we aim to inspire others and foster an appreciation for the endowments that enrich our society.

Foster Inspiration and Empowerment: The BC immigrant award program initiated by The Global Lifestyle Expo aims to inspire and empower immigrants by providing a platform for recognition and appreciation. Through their stories, contributions, and accomplishments, we hope to encourage others to overcome challenges and pursue their dreams with confidence.

Encourage Collaboration and Networking: The Global Lifestyle Expo Canada provides an opportunity for immigrants, community leaders, professionals, and organizations to connect, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships. We believe in the power of networking to create new opportunities and support immigrants to succeed.

The Selection Process:

The Top 10 BC Immigrant Awards program follows a rigorous selection process to ensure fairness and integrity for BC immigrant award recipients. Here’s an overview:

Nominations: The Global Expo Canada invites individuals and organizations to nominate candidates who have made remarkable contributions in their respective categories. Immigrants who are 18 or older, and who have contributed to the province of British Columbia by making a positive difference, are eligible for the nomination. The nominee must be either a landed immigrant or a citizen of Canada (as defined by Canadian law). Only individuals who have immigrated to Canada will be accepted as nominees. The nominee’s contributions to the province of British Columbia should have made a particular or significant impact, as related to their achievements highlighted in their nomination. Employees and family members of the Global Conference Alliance Inc. are not eligible to be named for the Top 10 BC Immigrant Awards. These conditions are mandatory for the BC Immigrant Award Eligibility process.

Self Nomination: An Individual can nominate themselves, but it is recommended that applicants attach a reference to someone else’s contribution to the nomination along with their statements/comments about why they deserve to be nominated. Please include their contact information as well.

Nomination for The Global Lifestyle Expo: Top 10 BC Immigrant Awards nomination will open exclusively from 01 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 through our website. Once the nomination period concludes, an online voting option for eligible nominees will become available from April 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024. Out of all the Nominees, the top 50 nominees who receive the highest number of votes will be selected, and their profiles will be forwarded to our esteemed Jury panel for evaluation for possible BC immigrant award winners. The Winners will be announced on our website and Social Media on 01 June 2024 and Award award-giving ceremony will be held on 16 June 2024 at the closing ceremony of the Global Lifestyle Expo.

Verification and Evaluation: As part of our meticulous selection process, we are committed to conducting comprehensive background checks and verifying the credentials and achievements of all nominees. We understand the importance of maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency throughout this evaluation process.

Our esteemed judge panel consists of experts in the relevant field who possess extensive knowledge and experience. They precisely evaluate the shortlisted candidates based on predetermined criteria that have been carefully established to ensure fairness and impartiality. These criteria encompass various aspects such as excellence in the field, notable achievements, innovation, impact, and overall contribution to the industry.

By adhering to these stringent measures, The Global Lifestyle Expo 2024 aims to guarantee that the final winners truly embody excellence and merit in their respective domains. We strive to recognize and honor individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication, talent, and a significant positive influence on their respective fields.

EVALUATION PROCESS:

Canadian Immigrant fair nominees would be evaluated based on these criteria by our honorable Jury board, with a higher total score indicating a more significant impact and contribution. It’s important to have a transparent scoring system and a diverse judging panel to ensure fairness and thorough evaluation. Adjustments to the criteria can be made based on the specific goals and values of the BC Top 10 Immigrant Awards.
