Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or participating in the upcoming expo in Canada. By registering or participating in the Expo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may feel free to drop out of registering or participating in the Expo.

Registration:

a. Registration for our Expo is required to attend the event. All attendees must provide accurate and complete registration information.

b. We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion if we encounter any false or misleading information.

Intellectual Property:

a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade names, associated with us and its materials are owned by or licensed to the Expo organizers.

b. No part of the Expo materials may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission from the Expo organizers.

Conduct:

a. Attendees are expected to always conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the Expo.

b. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of applicable BC laws or regulations may result in the immediate removal of the attendee from the Expo premises.

Disclaimer of Liability:

a. We, the expo organizer, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Expo or any services provided. It will be the sole responsibility of the attendee.

b. The Expo organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to personal property or persons during the Expo.

Third-Party Links:

a. Our expo website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and the Expo organizers do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites. All participants are requested to opt-out or drop out of the registrations for their convenience.

Modifications and Cancellations:

a. Expo organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule the Expo or any part thereof without prior notice.

b. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the Expo organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees and provide appropriate refunds, if applicable.

Governing Law:

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of law.

By accessing or participating in the expo in Canada, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
